there really was never the opertunity to do anything else with it. By the time that Feats of Friendship came out the main comic had 5 or so issues between the 3rd comic of Feats of Friendship coming out and the the start of season 10. and then the comic ends imediatly after Season 10 finishes. The only way it could have been followed up was if those 5 issues where used to imediatly follow up on Feats of friendship, and I’m not sure there was enough planning/forwarning for that to be possible/
Real shame we never got a follow-up story. They set up this whole new nation of “evil” ponies who don’t like Friendship and then did nothing else with it.
I really like Swift Foot, and the only thing stopping me from including her as the youngsix’s Starlight in fanfics, is that I’d need to reintroduce her to the audience all the time, because the fandom collectively decided comics can be safely ignored.
