Just keep in mind it uses 96 PPI so the resolution you see in Inkscape should correspond with 96 PPI to get it to display what you want

I would highly recommend uploading it directly to Derpibooru
It will view the same, as a png, just when you click download it will download svg instead of png
If you set the page properties, you can have it display whatever resolution you want on Derpibooru
