Lol, no. The artist who made Twilight’s plushie is not only aware of Jin’s relationship, but is openly supportive of them and others with a pony waifu. She’s made vessels for several of my other Pony-Lover friends too.

This is not autism. Autism covers a wide spectrum that has many traits, with lack of social acuity being only one among many.
 
People don’t know what autism actually is anymore. They just think it means “strange behavior” without any note to sensory overload, lack of empathy, theory of mind, literalism, obsessive repetitive behavior, etc.
 
Now it’s just “that guys weird. He must be autistic!” or, the self diagnosed “I have trouble fitting in so I’m autistic” groups.

I think there’s probably more cases than we hear about (of kids/young adults with autism, being obsessive in their interests like this,) but most parents have the sense to tell their kids “You shouldn’t post that on the internet”

Autistic has just become a fashionable insult for internet children to yell when they want to make sure you know they don’t know what they’re talking about.
 
This guy is probably in the realm of mental illness somewhere but it certainly isn’t autism.
