Thank you for pointing those out. I’ll go through and review them to see if anything’s a problem.
 
Typically images slightly under 800px aren’t too big of a deal as there’s some slight scaling that goes on anyway depending on number of characters submitted, but if anything’s too small I’ll ask for a resubmission. Thank you!

Typically doing a less than 600px height hard cut off, but a number of entries between 800 to 600 seem to potentially look defined enough to be alright despite not meeting the 800px requirement (Still Kinda a grey area as I don’t have any experience putting the final collab togther)

There’s not really an approver, per se (unless you’re asking to do something normally outside the submissions guidelines). Instead you just tag your submission, and if there’s an issue I or someone else will comment on it.

Okay so I made a group pic for the collab but the OC owner thought that the group pic is a separate collab that has nothing to do with Derpi collab. I talked to him and he said he wanted to be in my group pic in the end so he had to remove the tag from that one he requested from Melisareb.

The first post gives you all the details you should need. Specifically for your case though, I’ll point out that the image can’t be 3D, it must be drawn.

I’m somewhat wary of a collab specific drawing having their tags removed as i know over the years the site has its fair share people that attempt to use the event in a way to get multiple artists to draw them free art under the guise of collab requests. Not saying its the case here of course, im just explaining myself for the sake of clarity and transparency.
 
I do ask everyone to let requestors know that its one request for the collab as a whole and for everyone to be vigilant and inquisitive when reviewing the 2021 collab tag of mutilples of the same OC. I know all the volunteer artists are doing what they can to include as many of the community as possible and I’d hate to see their time and efforts wasted.
