Artists you miss.

I do remember one Sonic artist on Deviantart from over a decade ago who had an avatar of Amy Rose in a unique style, and their username was just numbers, IIRC it was “936” or something like that. They eventually deleted their avatar and all their art and were never heard from again.

And Sonic is the fandom of disturbing fetishes for some reason, so I can understand why some fans might want to not be associated.

Never knew anyone from the FNAF fandom, closest I know from the Homestuck fandom is probably my sister, if anyone.

Being an MLP fan is serious reason be bullied, harassed and fired in other countries? I have been around here decade or so and not seen something like that. Maybe im too old and here are so little of bronies. Most of people who know me, know also what i draw, write and translate, nobody arent disturbed of it. Kid’s kindergarden teachers even asked me to set up little exhibition, so i hanged some pony and moomin pics onto hallway and teachers and parents enjoyed.

I feel is that it’s because it’s a little girl girls show (gen 4), but people should see it as just a good show espechally since even in gen 1 they show some action packed stuff too but thanks to gen 3 it had that reputation, gen 3 is not that bad but it is girly.

I guess unless people show otherwise they see it as that when it’s not. but that’s just my thoughts

I liked his effort from 0 to reach a pretty good level, I would have liked what he was capable of doing.

Im noticed bullying and harassing not always depends of hobby or merch etc. I know some people who were upset and yelled at me if they found i like MLP. But then i remember those people are bullied me earlier times too, for liking Moomins, prefers curvy girls instead slim ones or model trains instead of muscle cars etc. Its not about MLP but just guy in particular is jerk. Are always been, just his harassment for MLP remember it brightly.

It has to do with a completely unrelated Fallout New Vegas mod actually

TLDR he was part of the art team for a very big mod called “The Frontier”, and the mod turned out to be really bad and the mod team having a lot of creeps in it

People discovered that Zu included a plushie of their fursona in the mod as an Easter egg, which eventually lead to people discovering their NSFW art and found out that they drew foalcon/loli/shota

Mod team decided to throw Zu under the bus abd tried to pin all the creepy stuff in the mod on them,which then soon lead to them nuking their art

IIRC the only countries that won’t put you on the child sex offender registry permanently for as much as looking at that stuff accidentally are Japan and the US, and possibly South Korea. I’m pretty sure if the UK authorities found him out they’d ban him from living within 20km of a school or something like that, which means he’d have to live in the Bolton Strid.

No idea what the actual laws are, though. Anyone else have any idea?

Some foalcon stories have been wiped from FiMfetch’s archives for being foalcon. Don’t know the extent of it, as I only looked for a few stories.

I tried looking for Megapone’s stuff there, which features the characters as adults, and couldn’t find anything. It does, however, seem that Megapone’s Clop Drabbles is one of the first results for the site on Google. (It and the end of Whiplash, strangely)
