Is traditional art dead?

Ponysubmarine

This is a question I’ve been meaning to ask for a while, but is drawing traditionally dead, or is it on its final legs? Everyday, I see the magnificent pieces of work done digitally, but is there still a future for traditional artists? Thanks to anyone who provides his or her personal views on this topic.

I think there is, yeah. It’s shrinking, but I doubt it’ll ever fade away completely. There’s something in traditional that just isn’t in digital. You can achieve it in digital art, but it’s extremely hard and takes a great deal of practice.
