Why am I not allowed to make lighthearted jokes? Twice I’ve been temp banned by poking fun at a piece of work, and both times some mod has put down that I’m “offended” by it. I made a joke, only one getting offended is the one who’s clearly abused their power.

I thought this was ask the mods anything? Please do indulge what my jokes were. One was simply a image quote of the popular Aliens “nuke em from orbit” meme and the other one, I forgotten, but it was cheeky and harmless too. Temp banning me twice was OTT (Over the top), and abuse of power.
EDIT: As an act of good faith, I will take on board what this mod said, and will no longer post my jokes, sorry airquote jokes, as anon.

While some comments won’t be deleted outright, it lets staff track of someone’s intentionally being a toad trying to start shit, or is just worth chiding.As for if an image referencing or inspired by AI should be AI assisted, no, not any more than an image that used a 3D model should be tagged 3D or one using a photo model tagged IRL.

Therefore, ‘realistic images’ will be images close to the reality which they try to imitate. However, images that are too realistic, even paintings, are strictly prohibited due to the law of European Union. This can be understood as images can not be distinguished from children in reality by normal people.
Even though it’s mentioning that it is about human depiction platforms like Discord or others have banned fictional artwork like cub or lolicon. Same goes for some of boorus who adapted to it.

Beyond that, I don’t know where that quote is from, what law it is referring to, or why you think it affects this site. Please provide that information - otherwise you’re basically asking for more than 20k images to be deleted based on hearsay.
