How fast can you run?

I think 25-35 km per hour, but I don’t have a great stamina for running at max speed, not to mention I wear an ankle weight 4 kilogram for each ankle.

(Apparently 37.58 km/h was his average speed during the record run with a max burst of 44.72 km/h from what I’m reading, so the upper edge of what you state is kinda close to an Olympic record course average just sayin’)

Well What I was refer to my burst speed probably close at 28 km/hour, I ever try to out run motor cycle before but, it out run me when it hit speed at 30km/h, my average probably speed running is less than 20km/h

I used to run a lot, ride bikes ‘n stuff, could get pretty fast with those quick bursts, sadly I’ve been a lazy fuck the last 4 years and now I have no stamina at all.

Well a sustained average running speed in the double digit km/h is pretty athletic. My former gym classified a speed of 6 mph (9.6 km/h) or higher for at least 5 minutes on a treadmill as a run. Between 3.1-5.9 mph as a jog and 3 mph or less as a walk.
 
But that’s all, not trying to get too off topic.

I used to be able to run a four minute mile in full chainmail armor with four broadswords on me if I was late for theatre. But now I’m just happy to be able to do six miles an hour on the treadmill.
 
For headache, just drink some caffeine, especially some coke or something that has shit-tons of antihistamines in it. That’ll shut your pain up real quick. But then you’ll be looking at a crash in a couple hours, so get some sleep.
