There’s a giant tree in my yard.

Everyone around me is coupling up and getting married and having kids, but not me. I just think it’s because of the tradition, as if love isn’t real and what’s most important is being with someone just to be validated or to feel secure, either financially or emotionally.
 
I’m really just not interested in anyone. Most would be too boring or nag the hell out of me and even see me as a money sign. I’m too complicated and no one has the time to really know me without just judging on first impression and creating some false story of me.
 
Also I hate when people say “you’ll find someone”. Some just don’t and stay single forever and find their own happiness.
