ScrewingWithSFM’s badge is a patreon supporter badge. Patreon is no longer being used, but after donating $20 per month or $100 overall to the pages here you get to have a unique badge made for yourself (cutie mark badges require less).
 
I can’t go through all the badges rn, but the aforementioned badge list has the criteria listed so you can check how close you are to the badges.

You need to have uploaded the 1% of the site images which… is a bit of a difficult task nowadays.

Probably if you generate a bunch of Neural Network images and you have some kind of program that uploads them automatically

I’m not sure, there’s no hard number for it. All I know is that, with less than 100 uploads, you’re still a long way away.

My uploads are over 100 uploads, still not yet accepted.
 
Btw, should I receive “Magnificent Metadata Maniac” badge? I hope you see my profile and check those tags are correct.

Should FiurerCastellanos receive “Divine tagger” badge? He uploads 2k images.

Unfortunately his images are often under-tagged. I picked a bunch of random images from the first page of his uploads and every single of them missed even basic tags like “solo”. Most of his uploads have been properly tagged post-upload, by others. And he does not (usually) copy descriptions, which is one of the criterias for the badge.
