So if admins have to enforce image rules to stay out of legal/social trouble, then, I’d support that…
 
Or get rid of “everything” filter and force people to unfilter thing they want to watch.  
Wanna watch nazi shit? Then go to “filters” and manually enable it.  
Maybe even give pop-up warning that says that when you unfilter nazi shit you are to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your action and that rule 4 exist.

there are plenty of other websites on the internet, posting on derpibooru is not an unalienable right granted to you.
 
The premise of this entire debate is that we’re talking about censorship in the context of derpibooru.  
The definition of censorship isn’t limited to a scale.  
If i’m in a room group of 10 and one person isn’t allowed, he’s censored within the group even though he can go to a different group and speak his mind.  
You dont want particular subjects here, and that’s fine, but most people would consider that censorship.

Sure, so the “woke” mob can come after those sites too? The best analogy for Nazism in this argument isn’t Aryanne, it’s the book burning pitchfork mob that enforces total and utter compliance with their ideology with the threat of getting people fired or de-funded.
 
The dishonesty involved is beyond the pale. Everyone on Derpibooru, by default, has Aryanne and Nazism filtered out. You have to consciously make the choice to look at that content. If you consciously make a choice to look at something and then get offended because of a choice you made, that no one else pressured you to make, then that’s not anyone’s fault but yours.

The general consensus from the anti-nazi side has been, “Okay they can have those sites.”(Ponybooru, Rainbooru) but the issue comes in when their work is uploaded without permission, DNPs are denied, and in the case of Ponybooru, they apparently upload Patreon content.

Except it is not. Don’t you see that this “destruction of social division” is implemented through actual violence and canceling people? Media is biased. Just go on Twitter and see what a left echo chamber is.  
And also doesn’t this whole “destruction” mean that there will be people labeled as “kulaki” again? If you have no idea what I am talking about, kulaki were USSRs’ rich people who got repressed due to being “rich” having and people working for them. Private businesses. My grand-grandpa got repressed because he had his own house and a mill. I’m dead serious. And I’m bringing this up only to show what “social division” actually means. People know what happened in USSR. And they obviously will oppose it.  
The “it’s fallacy” never tend to amuse me, because stats and actions are proving otherwise.  
Also white privilege is but another buzzword used to mark people left don’t like.

So according to you, people aren’t allowed to openly hate (what they see as) an evil concept or ideology? What qualifies as ‘encouragement of violence’? Would calling out an ideology as evil be enough? I’ll bet it would.
 
Direct calls for violence are illegal in the USA. “Encouragement” sounds very subjective and open to interpretation.

Some of what you noted was in bad faith. For example, an artist uploaded their own images to the site, then immediately sent a complaint to the webserver’s host, in an attempt to knock the website offline. Also, the site is still in beta, and the DNP rules are still in a state of flux.

Apparently that part of their DNP is being worked on. It isn’t finalized. Honestly, the whole up to a year of DNP for paid content is actually kind of a sweetheart deal, vs. the many other sites that literally do nothing but host patreon content.

Ehhhh, I find it shady. I can’t support that as an alternative when the site doesn’t even know what the hell it’s doing yet. Especially in regards to something that should be painfully simple.
 
Perhaps when it’s ironed out and the moderation team stop acting like children, I’ll give it more consideration, but for right now? Pass.
