Ignore Filters?

I’m working on an application which uses the search feature on this site, and I am wanting it be able to find images that are marked things like explicit. Is it possible to specify that I want to ignore filters?
 
I was hoping I could specify this as a parameter for the page. Then I thought of trying to append &filter=6758f0d16361640e71480000 to the URL to override the default filter (6758f0d16361640e71480000 being the id for the Everything filter). I now see this doesn’t quite work, but am still wanting to know if there is a way.
 
Is this possible in any way? If so, how would I go about doing this?

AFAIK people use the API for that, and it should use the same filter as is set with the account that generated the API key.

My guess is you’ll have to do a  
@https://derpibooru.org/filters/select.json?id=6758f0d16361640e71480000 first, which might or might not work because I’ve never used it.  
Another option is to use a second account; just make sure you don’t vote from it.
