Lack of adminitrative response?

Probably not the kind of issue to post as a general topic, but seeing as I’ve tried to contact several staff members through email and site, and have gotten no response, sorry, it’s kinda warranted :3
 
Sent Clover an email over two weeks ago, they responded a day later; it’s now been over two weeks, and after an on-site PM and three additional emails, there remains no response. After trying to contact a few other staff to approach over my issue, the same silence is met.
 
I’m trying to get an ad banner bought and displayed, and would really like to get the matter moved along. Any staff who isn’t dead, whom I can kindly ask for assistance with, or who can at all light a candle on my confused situation on why there’s been nothing but white noise response-wise with Clover?

I think Clover was temporarily unavaliable due to personal troubles, only having returned recently.
 
Too bad DB can’t have out-of-office messages or group mailing lists/shared inboxes like what we use at the office. :p

I figured the life bus and its’ unfortunate habit of running over people had something to do with it, but yeah, the fact that there’s literally no direct, quick way to contact pretty much anyone around here it seems like, is rather irritating xD; I even tried the IRC chat and that proved unhelpful as well. I’m psyched to get some ads set up for my site and I hope someone, Clover or otherwise, can help me out.

This sadly does not surprise me, one bit. Guess I shouldn’t have had my address removed from the contact page, after all.

Aright, done and done :)

Hate to bump this but, I’m encountering the same exact problem with Clover yet again =p No response whatsoever through email, ever.

Might I inquire why all advertisement inquiries need to be done through one person? Especially if they’re not capable of being reliably around more than a little frequently?

Have you tried the IRC? Generally, there should always be a mod around there that can help answer questions.

The two times I tried it, there was no mod presence that I could see over the course of anywhere from ten to fifteen minutes. Plenty of names, but over that time, nothing but silence apart from two or three members talking amongst themselves, after openly asking if any staff were available for help with a question. Tried singling out several people into individual conversations and was still met with silence.
 
I can try again, but I don’t expect much to be frank.

Well the main admins for one are in Europe. Plus not everyone keeps a constant eye on the IRC.

I’m a night owl, I tend to be up during the European timezones :3 And I’ve been staffing message boards for six years, so I’m well aware of the job. My impatience comes from weeks of waiting for something simplistic, that really should not be taking that long, is all ^^
