[Spoilers] Capper and Catrina - Anthro?

I’ve noticed some debate (to put it mildly) about the appearance of the new character, Capper.
 
To put it in short: he’s a cat. Any reasonable person would describe him as an anthropomorphic cat.
 
Question is, do we tag him as anthro? So far we’ve got Catrina, who isn’t tagged Anthro, but that’s because she was a singleton. An outlier. Now that we’ve got a new canon cat species, we’re likely going to see other bipedal kitties turning up as fans create new OCs, which might generate confusion.
 
So. To tag or not to tag? Answers on a postcard…

Can you please add a spoiler warning to the title?

Personally, I think there’s a difference between “funny animal” anthropomorphism and “anthro” anthropomorphism. Like, would a picture that has Bugs Bunny in it be tagged anthro because he displays a few human-like features? Probably not.

On-topic: I was actually a bit supersized that Catarina wasn’t usually tagged anthro. I wouldn’t be against tagging them as such. As they pretty much look exactly like any other anthro I usually see drawn of pony characters, only they’re cats. And a bit more human-like than the Diamond Dogs.
