If you mean drawing for previous days of this year, you can, but submit those with the Makeup Day submitter instead, there is a “makeup day” every 10 days.

On the topic of NATG,  
natg 8, natg 2018, and atg 2018 should probably get aliased.

Shouldn’t this be ‘suggestive’, not ‘questionable’?

but I, personally, amn’t sure if the apple alone should imply that, and the artist hasn’t made any hints about this at all. What do you all think?

I wouldn’t think so, no. Looking through the artist’s work for further context, I don’t see any history of them shipping the two, and the source has nothing for artist’s comments or meta tags that would support it, so yeah, seems like a stretch to me.

Skimpy clothes (just some lingerie and apron), cheeky face with blush and heart eyes, subtly come-hither pose–I wouldn’t tag it Safe, for sure. But Suggestive seems quite sufficient.

I noticed after uploading here: >>1794945 It looks like the artist did a pencil sketch on paper, scanned that sketch, then digitally inked and colored the ponies—but left the rest of the original sketch as the background. So the paper texture and some of the pencil lines are still visible behind the ponies.
 
Should I give it the “traditional art” tag, or should that tag only apply to pics that are entirely non-digital?

Whenever a ‘safe’ rated image is tagged with something like ‘solo female’ it shows up in my watchlist to alert me that it’s not tagged properly. That’s all I know. Is it pony related enough for the site? Should we report it as a rule #3 violation?

For the nipples as well as the crotch, yes.

I’d like to file a complaint. “tongue” aliases to “tongue out”. What is the correct tag for a very visible tongue that is not outside the mouth?  

The source description for this image states that Luna is crying.
 

 
I have seen other artwork depicting tears of blood. Is that what’s happening, or am I being silly? If so, shouldn’t this be grimdark?

I’d say Semi-grimdark at most.

Semi-grimdark seems the appropriate rating, though I would like to point out that’s just considering some people are more sensitive than other since personally I’d keep it safe, it’s hardly a disturbing image.

That image actually might qualify for the “zalgo” tag, which is usually at least semi-grimdark.
