It definitely should be, since that’s where the character is from. Pony or ape, she is explicitly not a Friendship Is Magic character, and anyone searching for or blocking EqG stuff is almost certainly going to want one of EqG’s main characters to be included in that.

Also, a great big ol’ DUH! to whoever was borking those tags– literally the first time we see Sunset onscreen in EqG, she’s a Pony.

Sounds like someone is confusing the EQG tag with the humanized one.

Yeah, that’s what I mean. Whoever removed the tag off of Pony!Sunset is probably thinking it only applies to images that show their human form. There’s an EQG-ized tag for other characters, and maybe they’re getting that one confused, too.

Yes, you can request one if one doesn’t already exist (I’m honestly unaware if one does.) This thread has been used for requesting new tags, so you shouldn’t need to create a new thread.

The OP asked about a specific situation in which a third party was secretly aware. Caught in the act definitely applies, but does stealth sex still apply if caught?

In my logic, yes. It’s attempted stealth sex and for the characters participating in the act it’s still stealth because they don’t know they’ve been caught. Unlike most other cases of ‘caught in the act’, the sex was supposed to be stealthy, as opposed to private but someone barged in and so on.

“Attempted stealth sex” could be its own tag however. That fits the situation the OP asked about. You could say the distinction is that Caught in the Act implies the partners had an expectation of privacy but were disturbed, while “Attempted Stealth Sex” (or whatever that tag would be called) would imply an existing third-party in the situation they failed to hide it from.

I would assume the majority of people who hide the tag don’t want to see the huemans. I have to wonder how many people have tried to write a filter that only shows pony sunset and hides everything else EQG related.

looks like with caught in the act the active party is aware of being caught most of the time

A good deal of the selection aren’t prostitution, some are just instances of the word “whore”, some are just characters having sex a lot, and then there’s Applejack in panties in what looks like a strip club and then there’s this display of astounding indecency

Looks like a private tag that’s defined by whatever the user likes to call ‘whore’, and is also pony/anthro.

It kinda irks me how skewed the definition of “nudity” is on the site. All it takes is adding stuff like “vulva” or “nipples” and the system takes care of the rest, even if the image technically shows top/bottomlessness. “casual nudity” has the subjects actually nude, but that tag only shows up on exhibitionism-related stuff. IMO It’d be nice if people didn’t have to wade through a sea of other explicit images to get to the stuff that fits the proper definition of the tag.

And don’t get me started on tagging “nudity” and “clothes” on the same damn image.

Tags should be useful to the site overall. Do not create tags for the purpose of your own personal organization, or tags that could have an inconsistent or otherwise vague definition.
