It’s a Trope. When an advertising/review company has absolutely NO clue what they’re talking about for the product they were paid to talk about.

Short: nope. It’s a phenomenon that exists and that people recognise.
 
Long for those who don’t want to risk a WikiWalk: the name comes from TVTropes. It’s basically you had one job, the job being doing even a second of research for your professional product/article/thing.
 
Like if you have an article with a picture from an anime, and the caption says “Cowboy BeBop at his computer”, but no one in the series is called Cowboy Bebop… and the character in the illustration isn’t even the main character. Or a he.
 
So if you look at the entries under this tag, you’ll find stuff like:  
 

 
Although a lot of the stuff seems to be just troll quotes and not genuine CBAHC.
