playing card vs. card

these tags do not have very good definition (none at all…) right now and need cleanup.
 
what i’d like to do is create a new tag for images that are ‘card mock-ups’  
examples like (the entire image is a card)

so an image like would have the tags “card mockup, card, playing card”  
while an image like would have “playing card, card”
 
also i wanted to make ‘card’ as the umbrella term and have other tags imply ‘card’  
having ‘playing card’, ‘tarot card’, and ‘card mock-up’ all imply ‘card’ and then other tags be created such as  
‘note card’  
‘business card’  
‘valentines card’  
‘valentines card mock-up’(or this would just be ‘card mock-up’ without another tag)  
plus other random generic hallmark cards
 
any thoughts on this?  
tag names can be different if there are better ideas

I like the idea, but what about cards that are not mock-ups?

What if it’s a IRL tarot card from a published deck and not a mock-up?

Yeah, there needs to be a distinction between artworks initially drawn as cards / card designs and Hearthstone/MTG/whatever card edits of existing artworks.
