Her design was obviously a nod to classic Amy, though there are some differences, her complexion is more pale, and she’s normal Amy’s age, so she’s a li’l taller and older looking, (And has an ahem… chest bump.)  
Not to mention she’s completely nuts, and lacks Amy’s sweetness and innocence.
 
I think she might even be a parody of how some fans call Amy Rose a “creepy psychotic stalker.”

Well she’s older because like the main Amy she used a magic ring to make herself older(but not to get try and get Scourge’s affection, to get him to take her seriously when she attacked him) but the jolt of power made her completely insane.

Yeah, I remember she explained that in her own creepy way. Their world is truely a messed up version of Mobius.
 
I think Rosey is my fav’ of the Anti-Mobius/Moebius AU doppleganger characters. Shame we’ll probably never see them, and their world again. (Thanks, Penders.)

I hear the “Sonic Boom” comic is ending, or going on hiatus, (shame, considering the “Sonic X” Archie comic lasted years) but the “Sonic Super Digest” mini books will continue to do newer ones.

I find it funny how Orbot and Cubot are the only characters in Boom who’s designs are the same as their main series counterparts.
 
Also, I hear that Silver will be appearing in season 2 of Sonic Boom. When does that start anyway?
