Also, I plan to finally see Bumblebee this weekend.

Two years later I finally have the 30th anniversary Blu-Ray.

Should I get the Power of the Primes Leader-class Evolution Optimus Prime or the Generations Deluxe-class Optimus Prime?

When you say Generations Deluxe, that’s the War For Cybertron Optimus right? Or are you talking about that Deluxe Optimus that looks like G2 Laser Optimus Prime?

Yes you really have to be very specific with all the Optimi.  
Anyway I can’t speak to any of those cuz the last Prime I bought was TR PM OP.

Get PotP Optimus then. Yeah the truck mode isn’t great but the POTP Optimus is good in robot mode and has a Matrix.

I like the vehicle mode more than the War of Cybertron one. I simply want one that looks the most like the original box trailer, without going broke buying it. Or I could wait for this year’s Vintage one… But knowing how things are, it would be ridiculously expensive.
