Uhh, we already do for the 64. We’ve had 1 to 1 emulation since the Dolphin days.
 
They also have mock 64 controllers you can plug into your PC. Though they are hard to find.

Really? News to me. Most emulators I know of (even more recent versions of Project64) aren’t always able to replicate some of the more unique visual effects in certain games (Paper Mario was particularly affected by this).
