Every Ponyville pony loved Hearth’s Warming Day
But the Dash, who lived due up from downtown, said “Neigh!”
She hated Hearth’s Warming, the whole warm-hearth season!
Oh, please don’t ask why, not a pone knows the reason.

It could be that her head was in rainbow-juiced fog.
Or it could be her farrier’d nailed through her frog.
But I think that behind Rainbow’s holiday gloom
Was that one Miss S. Glimmer had stymied her boom.

But whatever the reason, her past or her shoes
She stood there on Hearth’s Warming, reeking of booze.
