Yep only four mares in the family. Believe it or not the one in the top left is actually a mare, even though she looks stallion.
Well, you also have the Royal Guard, which apparently is stallion-only.
Dapper Dan’s was also a ‘boutique’ in 1980s Harlem that specialized in bootleg designer clothing creations and hip-hop fashions of the time, and had many famous customers. Run by ‘Dapper’ Dan Day. Quite a few interesting events happened there over the years, including Mike Tyson getting into a street fight with someone as he left the shop after picking up a custom coat he’d had them make.

The fat one should be Patches. It works for both his beard and his jammies.
I kind of want to call the old man “Old Man McColt.” In my head I’m just imagining he’s so old that nopony remembers his actual name or how he’s related to the family.

Long enough that nobody ever actually says it. :P But point taken.
I could get behind that… Dapper Dandy McColt. Card shark, quick draw, and fanciest pony in the Smokey Mountain region.
I didn’t go with “Dapper Dan” since I recall that name used for a villain in some cartoon.
Maybe crossing the two and making it “Dapper Dandy McColt”… That sounds better.
For some reason when I first saw the well dressed one I kept thinking of him as “Dapper Dan” myself. Although Dandy would work too.
Is Pinkamena Diane Pie too long?
Since we’ll be tacking McColt onto all of the names, the first name should probably only be one word, otherwise it might become too long.

What about Rivet McColt instead? It keeps the Rosy the Riveter reference but also lines up better with the construction theme of the family.
as someone pointed out on another image, the bandanna wearing one with the rivets cutie mark is clearly a visual reference to Rosy the Riveter, so Rosy McColt
How ironic. I was thinking of Tough Nails (the female stallion-build), Hard Nuts and Steel Bolts (the “twins”), and Dandy Duds (the well-dressed)
