Bearing in mind the character she is in this image, I kinda wish she would.
My imagination (and knowledge of centaur myths) will have to suffice.
They ate muffins and cakes, but they ate with their mouths open.
Because Voldemort is the bad guy, but much of what he does he doesn’t do directly. Pretty much all of Umbridge’s actions were done directly to her students, and she was a complete sadist.
Sadly we never do find out WHAT they did to her. Only that it made her terrified of them then on.
Plus her, ahem, time spent with the centaurs.
She did wind up in Azkaban…there’s that.
