Firstly, the size, shape, and texture of the labia minora varies from woman to woman, so there’s not really such a thing as “proper” female anatomy.
 
Secondly, I don’t even know for sure if those are supposed to be labia minora, because generally speaking, labia minora don’t spread that far apart without manipulation.
 
Thirdly, the vaginal entrance is really wide for someone of Rainbow’s age and activity level.
 
Fourthly, the whole thing is too shiny and wrinkly, especially for the EqG art style, which makes it look plastic and out of place.
 
All in all, it looks unnatural.

I was about to comment on how it doesn’t look “as a part of her as Pinkie’s version”, but the flash does help it look better. Clitoral hood and clit spot looked a bit off though. Appears more like it was tacked-on rather than a part of the body, if that makes any sense.
