If you’ve never had Moxie, I don’t know that I can explain its flavor – it’s rather unique. I can tell you one thing for sure - you’ll either love it or you’ll hate it. I’ve yet to meet anyone with an opinion on it in the middle.

Yes indeed! It’s probably my favorite because of the unique flavor… and it amuses me that people know the word moxie without knowing the origin. I suppose it’s the same as ‘aspirin’.

Probably the easiest way to describe the flavor is to say it’s like ginger, crisper and more bitter than typical syrupy sweet brown sodas. But it really is something you should try to really get the best idea of how it tastes.
 
Also, fun fact: the word “moxie” actually comes from the name of the soda, not the other way around.
