Plot Twist: Everybody refuses to evacuate and Starlight has to put everyone under mind control to get them out of the city, thus creating a hilarious irony.
 
Thing is, I can actually see her doing that–Starlight completely missing the point or misinterpreting the lesson is sort of a recurring subplot in her character arc.
