You can also click and drag the image to the right and shake it. focus on the image you are shaking and you might see the heads moving in the image to the left.

The Trixie heads are supposed to “wobble”. The effect is due to the low-contrast in edges and how our brain compensates for eye movement & motion in what we see. the wobble is more apparent because the noisy black/white has higher contrasting edges, which we can more easily interpret the actual motion of, making it appear steady while the trixies are not.
 
You can do the effect on a monitor by clicking down your scroll wheel (or holding scroll bar on the side) and moving slightly up/down quickly. Alternatively, just moving your head around.
