Its more like having experience depression or loss, and not turning away from your dark side. People typically do this when they are depressed. Some people are overcome with fear, and they lose themselves.
balance is more like being in harmony with your dark side. But first you need to be here. Face your fears head on and you will achieve a cereal view of society and self.

Yeah, but they didn’t make it as intense and emotional as it could’ve been. I mean, the feeling’s there. I just feel like they could’ve went a little further with it. Even with the limitations that Hasbro puts on DHX.
