nah, that one gets into some weird, pony-specific diseases, but only at the veeeery end. otherwise it’s a completely context neutral and very catchy and hilarious dig at the old snake oil salesmen of the colonial era.
Umm, what about the Flim Flam Miracle Curative Tonic?
pinkie’s “laughter song” maybe? starts out when “I was a little filly and”
or maybe the talent show song? even the ponies cringed at that one!
“love is in bloom?” it’s a sledgehammer of marriage propaganda, but actually doesn’t mention pony at all
“smile song” starts with “my name is pinkie pie” which is pretty awkward to explain
“behold, princess twilight?” even bronies cringe at that one!
for all I love the song to death, good luck explaining to a non-brony why you started singing an anthem that begins “equestria, the land I love”
