Oh, gotcha. Applejack is a very difficult mare to color, especially working from her show-accurate coat color! I’ll always end up starting with a more red, almost peach shade to avoid that yellowish default, haha. Same with the mane! Her default blonde is very yellow, just shy of of green.
 
I actually started with purple shadows but it didn’t take long for them to make the coat appear muddy, and going back in the yellow direction with those didn’t look so hot at all, you know?
 
A background that works with the purple values would probably do it, but more often than not warm colors just naturally work for a pony that’s warm inside and out. I guess they work too well lol. And then larger loopy bits, you got it.

Oh yeah. It’s cute, albeit a bit short, but it makes her look cute. Short skirts might be fun to wear on some days even.
 
Short skirts aren’t for everyone, though, especially if they are barely a skirt or make the wearer look miserable. Happened to my brother’s GF. She wore a very short skirt once and looked miserable in it, and it didn’t fit her aesthetics well. Granted, she did it for my brother, but never again because she couldn’t stand wearing it.

The right dress or skirt is much better for sex appeal than just wearing nothing IMO. It can even make someone look beautiful and sexy without making them look like a bimbo if they wanted, which I feel is less derogatory to the wearer.
