As far as i like theminus’s arts and animation i am kinda annoyed by that kind of advertisment of the patreon. I mean..it’s so bad :/

Ego is right: the Minus isn’t even very good. It’s not that I don’t like it or anything, but for a paid product, it has so many obvious problems that the artist should be improving upon instead of putting out work for money. They barely understand anatomy, facial expressions, and the flash animation is dirt simple. Someone like Zone living behind a paywall makes sense, and there are plenty of animators I would think the same of on this site, but the Minus isn’t ready.

Why do you even bother posting this? If you’re gonna make a Patreon preview of an animation, why don’t you just use a screencap or a still picture of your animation, and not these annoying, obnoxious, pointless crops that nobody likes.

while on the other patreon exclusive art is okay for artists who work hard and are on a good way to live from their art. But these commercial cockblocking in your face posts are just bad and artists should know they don’t come good

Paywalling porn is a dying practice that often portrays desperation for money and/or ego on the artist’s part and is not well looked upon by most. Sure, we won’t be able to see THIS picture of sunset getting banged by someone(Flash Sentry most likely) but there are literally hundreds if not thousands of other pieces of artwork(some even better) showing us the same thing and for free.
 
So why would people downvote this? Simple: People don’t like to be lured in by an appealing thumbnail only to get cockblocked and asked to pay. It’s like a donation clinic posting a sign saying “free coats for kids!” and then asking parents to pay a “convince fee” once they walk in.
 
 
TL;DR: No one likes to be cockblocked and paywalling is a dying practice that needs to be done away with.
