Personally I’ve mostly seen acceptably-sized donuts, though.

Memetic eldritch horror

I imagine that a real genderswap spell would be a very complex thing. We’re talking About a spell that alters the person on a complete biological and genetic level. It would even have to rewire/restructure the brain into that of the other gender or it wouldn’t be compatible with the new nervous system
