Plain Ignorance, one of the easiest and hardest problems to solve, the easy part being that the solution is to acknowledge that one does not know everything, and when they find something they do not know, say’ I do not know’ and then study to learn what it is, either through books, logical deduction, or the scientific method, or a mix of these; the hard part coming from either the lack of resources and safety needed for education to prosper, but also overcoming the very strong belief some have that they know everything, and say that they learned it all at birth or a spirit taught them, when they actually are prone to the same lack of knowledge everyone is, they abuse pride to avoid solving their problem, this is one of the society monsters you mentioned in the picture, and if My long ramble annoys you, I do apologize in advance, I just have a tendency to use many words when I speak.

If it does not distress or displease you, I would like for you to explain, to the best of your understanding, why the people who associate Autism with Mental Retardation, make that association, from what I know of these conditions, they are quite different in effect, so I do not understand how people such as the one whose comments you deleted, make the association, perhaps you could explain, if it does not displease you.
I am unaware as to what his first comment said, but his second comment said something about mother missioners, and then when I responded asking what he meant, he used a third comment, which read autist, just the one word, I was unaware he had meant it as an insult, I simply thought either his comment vanished when he posted it, or he simply posted the one word thinking I would understand, which I did not. Once more I do apologize for indirectly distressing you, for it was my conversing with him that lead to his insult.

I am also very sorry he enraged you with his crudeness, I was unaware he would attempt to insult me when I attempted to converse with him, I simply tried to learn his opinion, I was not aware that he had just insulted me, I thought most of his comment vanished, I am sorry for indirectly distressing you.
Ah, that is the problem and why I did not recognize it, I do not see how people such as the one who’s comments have been deleted make the connection between The Autism Spectrum and Mental Retardation, when Autism is a mental condition one is born with that affects sociability and its development, alongside other facets of interaction such as motor skills occasionally, not the intellect, and I am unsure as to what the proper definition for retard is, if it has one, the definition seems to always change, one person I speak to says it means idiocy, another says it means mentally slow, another lacking in knowledge, I am just unsure of its meaning. How do people such as him make the connection?

If he comes back I will deal with them accordingly, using the word autism as an insult is no joke, it is the new word for “retard” unfortunately. I will not accept this behavior, very little gets to me but this is unacceptable.

I do not understand, has he insulted me without my knowing it? If there is an Insult, I do not see it, but I am not willing to dismiss easily, I want to understand what cruel behaviour this Background pony has engaged in, If you so desire to share that with me, or is it I who am the problem?

You are correct, I am on the spectrum, If it would not distress you, I would like to know more of your opinion on this, stating the word, and only the word, tells me nothing as to your thoughts and feelings.
I do not understand the phrase, if the phrase is a reference to the movie where my profile picture comes from, The Big Lebowski, then I am sorry to say it has been a few year since I have seen the movie, and I do not remember most of it, and if it is not a reference to The Big Lebowski, then I am completely unsure as to what your phrase means, Mr.Background Pony.
