No really, what is it?
In the first panel, don’t number your text. The reading order of the text should always be the same as people expect by reading a normal book. It should always go top-left to bottom-right. If the text isn’t in an expected order (like it is here) then people will lose investment in the story and start thinking about the technical aspects of the comic.
 
I like the way you coloured the text to make it obvious who each line belongs to, but the order of them is non-intuitive and mixed up.
