For what it's worth, I'm okay. I'm going to be okay. I can keep moving forward. I read a book over the past week that honestly really changed the way I look at the world and my life in particular. It's called "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Better Life", by Mark Manson. I highly recommend it, it's something I really needed to hear especially given my history of mental health and a ||suicide|| attempt many years ago. I'm honestly considering reading it again just because I want to.
