I’m guessing that this happened because:
 
  1. A minor typo.  
  2. It was one of the last things produced in 2018.  
  3. Since it was a holiday special, that mind set of it probably airing near the end of the year set off the mindset of putting 2019 in there.

Leaked 1 year earlier than it supposed to be aired. Just look at the leaked plans for g4.  
Also this felt like a proper closing of g4, tons of references to earlier episodes.

I’ve heard of incorrect copyright dates being grounds for invalidating copyright, but then again music rights usually stop a work like that from actually going public domain.

Either a mistake or they originally planned to have this air in 2019 but pushed it forward for some reason. Because I’m pretty sure you only copyright for the year the thing was made/aired.
