We’re not glad. Brexit has been an assault on our right to have EU citizenship, voting rights and rights to representation in the European Parliament as well as a host of other economic and human rights protection.
Our Conservative government has used Brexit as a means to transfer more unaccountable powers to its ministers and is now threatening to leave the European Convention on Human Rights (separate to the EU), because it doesn’t like the idea of our own citizens holding the government to account over Human rights abuses.

You do realize that the “EU” means “We”, right? it represents our collective most wants and desires. If the law in the Union which we live in do not suit you, and you are a citizen… Then I have two solutions for you:
 
Change it. Become someone to rally to who will entice political change. Become a politician, an EU Deputee, make a difference and change the law. We will stand against you, but we will honor and respect your right to do so and if you manage to gather the majority, then you will win.
 
Or just go if you don’t want to live in this kind of state. Nobody is really keeping you in and Being the only rebelous person in a household that lives by other rules never ends or stays good.
