Yes, she can move a lot of little things are things that didnt weigh much but never a Tom sized boulder…until the last episodes.

I mean, she showed how much control she had over her magic, which is a form of strength.
I don’t think Rariety ever demonstrated her strengthnin episode one.In season 2 she carried a boulder she thought was a diamon on her back. She primarily uses her telekinesis as a seamstress.
Notice she didnt move Tom with her magic.
