True. But there is plenty more that’s entertaining in the Adorkable series than just magic. :) They are such fleshed out characters and there is so much depth, it’s far beyond the series ever did. :)

Admittedly it’s a little disappointing for me because Twilight’s (and even Starlight and Moondancer’s) magic and how they use it is a part of their personality. Seeing Twilight’s reliance and Starlight’s abuse of magic for examples is entertaining.
adorkable twilight’s posterior reaches adorkable levels of huge.
Adorkable Twilight & Friends only takes a few things from the show, otherwise it’s all their own universe. Twilight has never been shown as a protector and more nerdy and dorky in this series. But she is certainly loving and caring when she needs to be. It’s more of a learning process in this series for her and very relatable.

That so called dork fought Applejack to a standstill with her bare hooves as a still unicorn with the latter farmgirl never gaining the upperhand and in an arguable case losing.
Well I’ll let it go, it doesn’t matter. It just wasn’t clear to me that the magic in this universe was depowered a bit.
didn’t say she wasn’t more powerful, just not significantly so. she’s about the same size as applejack though
unless you count her asstwilight is not being the powerful protector that she should, because she’s a dork.
She’s still an alicorn and physically bigger than Applejack but fine I guess.
that’s generally what you do when somepony says to watch her flank.
but twilight’s not significantly more powerful than aj. in this comic, magic can’t do much more than leviatate things.
Pinkie was plain adorable in the last panel.
