You’re forgetting that this is TF2, this so everything that is either weird or unnatural happens here… that also includes weird and impossible movement :3

I’m kind of glad someone like the idea, and I just rewatched my other scenes and realized they get progressively better, with this scene being the best so far

Ok, that makes sense.
Most MLP characters come with a walk/run cycle, but the oc’s I’m using didn’t. It doesn’t help they are pretty new models
There’re loads of SFM pony anims where they walk, so you could try asking some of them how they did the walking part.
I dunno much anything about SFM, but you’d think that unless you tell otherwise the chars would run their walking (or running, for that matter) cycle automatically.
Thanks for the feed back. First off, there cartoon characters what you mean realism. Ok, all jokes a side I under stand. I’m not that good and run/walk animation and still trying to work on it. Thats why I made Jasper (the unicorn) jump past Lightning bliss (The minigunner mare).
I hope the project I’m working on comes out good. And again, thanks for the feed back.
The animation could use more realism: less (preferably no) gliding (that unicorn who represents the Soldier who was jumping and gliding past that minigunner mare) and jerky anims (when the unicorn Soldier grabbed the shovel the anim jerked around). Unless those are very intentional.
But other than that I can’t complaint, glad to see you’re working on something like this.
