Seriously, how was Pinkie supposed to be sympathetic in this special when Sunset’s frustration toward her annoying behavior was completely justified? Especially when she had to put up with Pinkie doing this shit over and over for three weeks? She couldn’t even follow an instruction as simple as “stand guard outside the Dazzlings’ van”!

I know Pinkie’s being her usual self in this one, but seriously, not one of her friends didn’t think to tell her to behave herself while they were at the festival? Plus Sunset had every right to be angry with her, yet SHE’S treated like the asshole when they get back to the camper and her friends accuse her of making Pinkie upset. Geez, and here I thought the characterization in the show got bad at times! It also got pretty dumb with Rarity attempting to “throw shade” at Sunset when she asked the former about finally seeing Postcrush by herself.
