It kind of is in retrospect after you learn about the circumstances around her leaving Zebrica later on. Blowing her top over being asked to go back to a place where... it turns out Zecora had a bunch of supportive friends who genuinely liked her and were sad to see her abandon them by going on some crazy mission to the other side of the world to make potions that nobody was even sure was even possible?
Just makes her look like some sort of petulant child throwing a tantrum in this scene, which is the exact opposite of how you'd expect her to behave based on literally every single one of her other appearances in the show and the comics.
