We all have those days where the darkness feels overwhelming. That it’s moments away from dragging us under into that blissfully numb coldness. It’s never as easy as “just March on”, and gestures like “you can do it” may feel hollow and ignorant. I want you to know you’re not alone- none of us are.
 
The battle with depression is a long one, and while we may not win every battle, we can outlast the war with enough determination, and maybe a friend or two.
