Filthy Rich and Spoiled Rich (nee Milk) seem like an odd addition when you consider everypony’s age here. Apple Bloom and Diamond Tiara are more or less the same age, yet this episode implies Apple Bloom’s already been born when Diamond Tiara’s parents are still engaged. Did Filthy Rich get his girlfriend teen-pregnant or something?
