Hair dye, possibly. Could be naturally red with the blonde streak. That’s a really intense shade of red for human hair, but not entirely impossible to be natural.

Anyway, I love this. I like when human skin tone doesn’t just automatically mean everyone is white. Not everyone is white. And you shouldn’t have to “justify” people not being white in your art either. That’d be like running up to some black guy in the street and screaming at him “Why are you black?!” Like, he just is.
