There’s child’s cartoons, then there’s TVY child’s cartoons like this one which are supposed to suitable even for toddlers. You’d have to be an idiot to rate Watership Down TVY.

The MLP animators are pretty careful about showing the staging of the scene, complete with completely over-the-top camp cartoonish theatrics from Spike. It’s only when it’s isolated like this that it seems iffy.

Also, Watership Down.
