As the artist, I can certify that this was not intended to be a snuff pic. I generally don’t do this sort of theme for an image, but the commissioner presented a rather tame idea. As far as air holes for this piece, you’re partially correct. I did not include what would be standard air holes for shipping livestock. Instead, the air holes, or hole, would be the dildo acting as a ventilation tube. It’s a detail that wasn’t made clear given the angle I chose to place the open door.
