What if my headcanon is that they don’t have genitals, and all reproductive functions are performer orally? (Yes, including birth.) After all, they never show anything back there, do they? (I’d also headcanon that they similarly expel waste through the visible holes rather than one kept invisible for purposes of censorship, but the dirty diapers in “Baby Cakes” disprove that one.)
