Yeah, but in the ending to “Super Mario Sunshine” (the game that introduced Bowser Jr.) Bowser admitted to his son that Peach wasn’t his Mother. (Still, it’s a li’l creepy that even Peach was confused, or wasn’t sure about it. Unless you consider the storks in “Yoshi’s Island.”)
But Bowser Jr. is the only one who was hinted as being the son of Peach.

I think it’s been “ret-con’d” that the 7 Koopalings are King Koopa’s children. (I heard they weren’t considered that in Japan. I’m not sure.)
I think only Bowser Jr. is now considered his kid.
Though, the Mario game series has never really had much canon/continuity anyways.
